I really love driving around the city at this time of year, because you get to see all of the nice chicago christmas lighting displays. People really go all out in the city, and I think it’s because they have a great pride for their houses and the appearance of their homes in this neighborhood. I know that I love buying some really great new and innovative Christmas lights and stringing them up all over the place. It’s really a great thing to be able to do that, and my whole family gets in on the act. As my boys get older, I let them spend more time up on the ladder putting the lights up, because I trust them up there more as they age a bit. I think that it’s important to give your boys more and more responsibility as the years go on, and this is a perfect opportunity for me.
